The Egmont Trust & NASFAM in Malawi
The National Smallholder Farmers Association of Malawi is a large organisation involved in improving the techniques and outcomes of smallholder farming on which 95% of the Malawian population depend.
Egmont support has enabled NASFAM to work specifically with a small group of women who are coping with the effects of HIV + AIDS by delivering adult education classes to help them to become self-sufficient and better able to look after the vulnerable children in their care.
